Health seminars set

Natural Harmony Holistic Health Center has scheduled a series of lectures on current health concerns.

From 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 26, a free presentation on disease prevention and antiaging will be hosted by Whole Food Supplements.

Another health-empowering workshop will feature guest speaker Bonita Shear, expert on therapeutic essential oils, Reiki practitioner, certified reflexologist, and Kundalini yoga instructor.

The workshop, "Emotional Upliftment Class Using the Feelings Kit," will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 19. The cost is $35.

Both seminars are held at the Natural Harmony Holistic Health Center, 1408 Sweet Home Road, Suite 5, at Rensch Road in Amherst. Call 689-4176.
