Matron, patron to make appearance at meeting

The official visit of the Grand Matron Joanne M. Dyer and Grand Patron Quentin O. Bensink of the Order of the Eastern Star of New York State and the 2007 Grand Line officers will be part of a dinner at 6:30 p.m. followed by an open meeting at 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 19 at the Holiday Inn, 1881 Niagara Falls Blvd.

The meeting is open to the public.

OES is the largest fraternal organization in the world. Its members

have high moral standards based on charity, truth and loving kindness.

In New York State, membership is open to women 18 years of age and older, as well as Master Masons in good standing with their lodges.

The OES Erie District includes nine local chapters.
