Sports briefs M&T Bank is holding a Buffalo Bills Draft Day Challenge Contest through April 27 to guess which player the team will select in the first round of the NFLDraft. Fans who correctly guess the first-round selection will be entered to win a special prize package that includes an autographed jersey signed by the first draft pick, a chance to meet and be photographed with the first pick, two tickets to a 2007 Buffalo Bills home game with a pre-game sideline pass and a private tour of the Bills training facility. The contest is open to legal residents, 13 years of age and older, from New York, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. 2003 Amherst Central High School graduate Amy Cucinotta won floor exercise as a member of Kent State University at the Mid-American Conference Championships held March 31 at Eastern Michigan University. Cucinotta's floor score was 9.85. Cucinotta was named to the All-MAC first team. The University at Buffalo School of Management Alumni Association's 11th annual golf outing at Westwood Country Club will be held on Monday, June 11. The Harlem Wizards will face a team of Williamsville South students and teachers handpicked by the South class of 2008 and called the Village Warriors in a trick hoops basketball event from 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, April 18 at the new gym at Williamsville South High School, 5950 Main St. Tickets are $10 students/children and $12 adults and are available at the door. Flotilla 33, Buffalo, is offering America's Boating Course from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, April 21 at St. Patrick's Church Hall, 1395 George Urban Blvd., Cheektowaga. This general boating course meets New York State education requirements for jet-ski operation and qualifies youth ages 10 to 18 to legally operate a conventional vessel alone on NYS waters.
