Sports briefs Medaille College men's basketball coach Mike McDonald will host two weeks of basketball camps for boys' ages 6 to 14 at Medaille College, 18 Agassiz Circle, Buffalo. The sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 25 to 29 and July 30 to August 3. Early drop-off and late pick-up are available each day. The camp also includes games, contests, and instruction. All campers will receive a "Maverick Pack", which includes a reversible jersey, T-shirt, basketball, and a gym sack. The cost of the camp is $200. Family and team discounts are available. For more information, call 880-2347. A workout camp will be held this summer at Medaille College, 18 Agassiz Circle, Buffalo. The camp will be run in small groups (no more than four campers at a time) and focus on areas the camper wants to improve. Flips Gymnastics & Sport of Lockport will hold the 2007 Spring Graffiti Invitational at 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 21 and at 8 a.m., noon, and 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 22 at the Amherst Pepsi Center, 1615 Amherst Manor Dr. Approximately 450 gymnasts from Rochester and throughout Western New York will take part in the event, which is also expected to draw 1500 to 2000 spectators.
