Point out potholes; Weinstein addresses road issues

Erie County Legislator Dr. Barry A. Weinstein, R-Amherst, is asking people to contact his district office and report any potholes they are aware of in the Town of Amherst. Weinstein's office will then notify the appropriate village, town, county or state highway department.

"With the opening of the asphalt plants, we want to be prepared with a list of existing potholes, enabling us to address the winter damage quickly," he said. "Fixing the potholes promptly helps ensure the safety of the traveling public."
