Douglas H. Andrews and Cheryl F. Geary

Carol and Dr. Charles Geary of Cheektowaga announce the engagement of their daughter, Cheryl F. Geary, to Douglas H. Andrews, son of JoAnne Andrews of North Tonawanda and son and stepson of Norman and Dr. Margaret Andrews of Wilson.

Miss Geary is a 1990 graduate of West Seneca East High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in general education from Buffalo State College in 1995 and a master's degree in educational leadership from Canisius College in 1999, graduating summa cum laude from both colleges. She is currently studying for a doctorate in school leadership at Walden University. She is a special education teacher with Erie 1 BOCES and Stepping Stone Therapeutics.

Her fiance is a 1985 graduate of Sweet Home High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and economics from Empire State College in 2007. He works in the accounting division of Northtown Automotive.

A June 2007 wedding is planned.
