Priscilla F. White of East Amherst has been named assistant vice president, compliance officer for Waterford Village Bank. Formerly a senior auditor for a large area savings bank, she brings more than 10 years of banking experience and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fredonia State College and is a licensed notary.

Kim Castiglione of East Amherst has been named senior account manager at Vanner Insurance Agency, in Amherst. With five years experience, she will handle marketing specifically for Vanner's grocer, wholesaler, and other food industry accounts.

Ron Muffler recently joined the Vanner Insurance, in Amherst, team from Lawley Insurance. He has 35 years of experience in providing insurance solutions specifically for grocers, wholesalers, and others in the food industry. Vanner Insurance is the endorsed agency of the Food Industry Alliance of New York State, Inc.

Kathleen Saccomando of Williamsville has been appointed as customer care coordinator for TripleTrack, located in East Amherst. She handles customer service and communication for clients. She Pro-Net member through the Amherst Chamber of Commerce.

Michael G. Evereth has been named senior vice president for investments at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC at the Williamsville office. He has 25 years of experience as a registered investment advisor and general securities representative. He is a member of the American Funds' Chairman's Advisory Council.
