Ladies golf league names board members

The Tan Tara Nine-Hole and 18-Hole Ladies Golf Leagues will open its season on April 24 with a dinner celebration at the Tan Tara Golf Course.

Recently the club named the board members, and the majority of the women are Amherst and Williamsville residents.

The 18-Hole League: President Pat Gordon; Vice President Stacy Golebiewski; Secretary Nancy Fleischauer; Treasurer Terry DeLuca; Weekly Tournaments Chair Patty Collins; Trophies Chair Diane Charsley; Weekly Prizes Chair Sandy Lewandowski; Split Club and Sunshine Chair Ann Deutschlander; Social Chair Ann Lyons; Rules and Greens Chair Lynn Azzaro; Ringers and Birdies Chair Lindley Bowen; Handicap Chair Carol Gardner; and Publicity Chair Rose Marie Schuler.

The Nine-Hole League: President Joyce Pfohl; Vice President Jackie Monigiovi; Secretary Shirley Fell; Treasurer Mary Dell Tramont; Weekly Tournaments Chairs Rosemary Fries and Debbie Sceusa; Publicity and Sunshine Chair Diane Moats; Social Chair Candy Kelley; Foreign Tournaments Chair Moats; Trophies, and Ringers and Birdies Chair Ellie Guyette; and Membership, and Rules and Greens Chair Monigiovi.

The season's special tournaments will be announced at the dinner, including the President's Cup on June 21; the Cancer Charity Tournament on June 28; the Club Championship on July 26 and 28; the Mother and Daughter Tournament on Aug. 12; and the Fall Four-Person Member/ Member Rally for the Cure Tournament on Sept. 15.
