Alphonso O'Neil-White of Amherst is co-chair of Buffalo State College's Scholarship Gala, which raises funds for Buffalo State's All-College Honors Program. The event is in its 10th year and will be held on April 21. He is the president and CEO for Blue- Cross BlueShield of WNY.
Kerri Page, a native of Amherst, has been named associate director of annual fund and leadership giving at Nazareth College. She will oversee the annual fund in order to increase donor and leadership giving. Prior to Nazareth, Page worked in development at UB's School of Management and at Hamilton College.
Lynne Marie Finn, president of Superior Staff Resources, accepted the Outstanding Women's Business Enterprise of the Year Award for the New York Region on behalf of the company. Criteria for the award include efforts in support of women business owners and the women's business community, quality of products and services, and creative problem solving.
Kris Lawrence of Amherst has been elected chairman of the Board of Directors of Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled. An attorney with Mura & Storm, PLLC, Lawrence has served on Community Services' Board of Directors since 2005.

Harold Davis Jr. has been named executive vice president, chief information officer, at Waterford Village Bank. A Snyder resident, he has 40 years of experience in the banking industry. He is responsible for the new bank's information technology and operations.
Kim S. Destro, of Williamsville, has been appointed executive vice president, chief financial officer, for Waterford Village Bank in Clarence. Destro served in a similar capacity for a large area bank. With more than 15 years of experience in the accounting and banking industries, she is a member of the NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants.
