Kenneth Dietz and Cassandra Benson

Sharon and Richard Benson of Tonawanda announce the engagement of their daughter, Cassandra Benson, to Kenneth Dietz, son of Susan and Dr. Evan Evans of East Amherst.

Miss Benson is a 1995 graduate of Sweet Home High School. She received her associate degree in business administration from Niagara Community College in 1999. She is the associate director of children's ministries at The Chapel at CrossPoint in Getzville.

Her fiance is a 1998 graduate of Williamsville East High School. He received his bachelor's degrees in business administration in 2002 and in media production in 2005, both from the University at Buffalo. He is a visual media coordinator at The Chapel at CrossPoint.

An August 2007 wedding is planned with a reception at The Creekside in Cheektowaga.
