    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Town Board of the Town of Amherst, in the
County of Erie, State of New York, will meet
at the Town Hall, 5583 Main Street,
Williamsville, New York, on April 16, 2007,
at 7:30 o'clock P.M. (Prevailing Time), for
the purpose of conducting a public hearing
in relation to the increase and improvement
of facilities of Sanitary Sewer District No. 1,
consisting of the replacement of approximately
        2,593 lineal feet of 8-inch and
10-inch sanitary sewer line along Lebrun
Road, Lebrun Circle and a portion of Jasper
Drive, including manhole modifications and
replacements, lateral branches, new house
service connections, appurtenances, backfill,
    restoration of site and other related and
ancillary work, at an estimated maximum
cost of $483,000; however $258,000 is
expected to be paid from funds available for
such purpose, and the balance of such cost
shall be financed by the issuance of not to
exceed $225,000 bonds of the Town.
  At said public hearing, the Town Board
will hear all persons interested in said
subject matter thereof.

$1,652,500 FOR THE INCREASE AND
IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES OF SANITARY
      SEWER DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND
