Howard F. Kramer, 84, of Williamsville, a former Buffalo Schools' electrical engineer teacher, died Tuesday, March 20, 2007 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.
Born in Buffalo, he was a graduate of Seneca Vocational High School and Buffalo State College.
He taught electrical engineering at Seneca Vocational for 20 years.
Before teaching, he was an electrical inspector for Chautauqua County, worked in California as an electrical technician for NASA and worked for Moog in East Aurora.
A World War II veteran, he served in the US Army's 2nd Armored Division in the Battle of the Bulge.
Mr. Kramer is survived by a daughter, Deborah Celler; a son, Douglas; a sister, Lynette Dick; and a brother, Raymond.
Services were held on Saturday, March 24 at the (Amherst Chapel) Amigone Funeral Home.
