Northtown Plaza plans some 'spring cleaning'

Pyramid Brokerage Company has been retained to lease Northtown Plaza, located on Sheridan Drive at Niagara Falls Boulevard in the Boulevard Shopping District.

"We've engaged the area's premier retail real estate broker, Arthur Judelsohn, executive director of the Pyramid Retail Brokerage Team," said Jonathan Luther, president of Northtown, Inc.

Pyramid is also the exclusive leasing agent for Transitown Plaza, located on Transit Road at Main Street in Williamsville.

"Northtown Plaza is a prominent, well known regional shopping center with dense population and strong brand identification," said Judelsohn. "We look forward to repositioning Northtown Plaza as a premier shopping center destination with new anchor tenancy."

Pyramid is offering small stores for lease as well as up to 100,000-square feet of anchor space, which will be available this summer. The 100,000 square feet is currently occupied by Bon Ton and is one of the more visible retail locations in the area.

Several architectural schemes are being prepared to show the new look at Northtown, Judelsohn said.
