Village egg hunt set for April 1

Spring is in the air, and that means April showers, May flowers and the arrival of the Easter Bunny.

The fourth annual Village of Williamsville Youth and Recreation Committee Easter Egg Hunt will be at 2 p.m. for children 5 years old and younger and at 2:20 p.m. for children over 6 years old on Sunday, April 1 on Lehigh Memory Trail.

The hunt will begin at the old train depot next to the South Long Street baseball diamond. The egg hunt will be held rain or shine.

There is a limit of 10 eggs per child and children of all ages are invited to participate. Age groups will be separated and spaced fairly.

The Easter Bunny will be on hand to add to the festivities and chocolate bunnies will go to those who find a gold coin inside their eggs.
