Kara Gilbert and David Itzkovits

PeeGee Coyle of Williamsville and Don Gilbert of Buffalo announce the engagement of their daughter, Kara Gilbert, to David Itzkovits, son of Veronica and Andre Itzkovits of St. Laurent, Quebec.

Miss Gilbert is a 1993 graduate of Williamsville East High School. She received her bachelor's degree in international relations from American University in 1997. She is a sales director at Oracle Corp. in Toronto.

Her fiance is a 1992 graduate of Herzliah Beutel High School. He received his bachelor's degree in science from McGill University in 1997. He is a private banker with HSBC in New York City.

A fall 2007 wedding is planned.
