Weinstein - Muzikant

Dr. Amy Weinstein and Adam Muzikant

Iris and Kenneth Weinstein of East Amherst announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Amy Weinstein, to Adam Muzikant, son of Joan Muzikant of Beaverton, Ore., and Michael Muzikant of Portland, Ore.

Dr. Weinstein is a graduate of Williamsville East High School, Cornell University, the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and the Harvard School of Public Health. She is an internist in the Women's Health Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and an instructor of medicine at Harvard Medical School in Boston.

Her fiance graduated from the University of California at San Diego and received his doctorate in biomedical engineering from Duke University. He is director of business and development at EPIX Pharmaceuticals in Lexington, Mass..

A July 2007 wedding in Boston is planned.
