Lindsay Sykes of East Amherst has been named traffic coordinator on all accounts by Stand Advertising. She is a recent graduate of John Carroll University, University Heights, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. Stand Advertising is a full-service advertising agency.

Agnes C. Smith of Amherst has been named private client manager in the Buffalo market for Bank of America. She has more than 20 years of banking experience, most recently as senior vice president, private banking financial advisors at Key Bank. Bank of America is one of the world's largest financial institutions.

Anna Voit of Amherst has been named relocation director at Robitaille Relocation and Real Estate. She is responsible for coordinating the Williamsville-based corporation's corporate and third-party relocations and customer service. She joined the Robitaille in 2004.

Jill Westcott of Williamsville was recently hired by Lauer-Manguso Associates & Architects. She joins the firm as an interior designer, was previously employed by Lowe's as a Kitchen Design Specialist and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She is a graduate of Villa Maria College and Buffalo State College.

John Wright of Williamsville has been named chairman for 2007-08 for the YMCA Buffalo Niagara. He is the vice president of HSBC Bank. The YMCA helps individuals and families reach their fullest potential in terms of spirit, mind and body. The YMCA Buffalo Niagara serves approximately 50,000 people.

David A. Young has been named senior vice president, commercial market executive, for Five Star Bank, operating out of the Williamsville branch. He will serve as the bank's senior commercial executive in Erie County. He has 23 years of commercial banking experience in Buffalo.
