Mike Cohen, Maria Gambino, John Loeser and Shauna Pantano of Williamsville have been selected for inclusion in the 2006-07 edition of "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges." All four attend Canisius College.

Alivia Ruiz performed in the 2007 MENC All-Eastern Honors Ensembles on March 11. Ruiz is a student at Sweet Home High School. With assistance from her music teacher, Lori DePoint, the alto spent three days rehearsing during the Eastern Division Conference of MENC: The National Alliance for Music Education in Hartford, Conn.
