Business owner to be good 'Naybor'to African countries

Deb Naybor, founder of Both Your Hands, will turn 50, and to celebrate her birthday, she is traveling to Uganda, Zambia and Kenya for two weeks beginning June 18.

During her trip, she will have parties in seven villages, host meals and give gifts to the civilians of each area.

Naybor's goal is to create 50 new businesses with $50 loans to celebrate her 50 years of trying to end poverty. The funds will buy a goat, chickens, a beehive or supplies for a bakery, sewing project or barber shop.

Naybor will be collecting small gift donations such as combs, safety pins, sewing needles, small soaps, balloons, toy cars, crochet needles and buttons. Gift items are needed by March 15 for shipping to the countries.

To help in Naybor's efforts, call 870-1117 or e-mail both yrhands@aol.com.
