West Seneca residents mark 70 years

Dorothy and George Klopfer of West Seneca, formerly of Hamburg, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.
George Klopfer married the former Dorothy Booth on March 14, 1937.
George is a carpenter by trade and is retired from health research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
Dorothy is a homemaker who worked for many years at Saville's Farm Market in Orchard Park.
The couple are longtime members of St. Peter's United Church of Christ and devoted many years to the Fraternal Order of the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs, both holding high state offices.
The couple has two daughters, seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, with one more expected in July.
