Kory Reed and Jodie Falgiano

Janice and Thomas Falgiano of Sarasota, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jodie Falgiano, to Kory Reed, son of Debra and Eric Reed of Webster, N.Y.

Miss Falgiano is a 1999 graduate of Clarence High School. She received her bachelor's degree in French from Daemen College in 2004. She is a French teacher at Lancaster Middle School and is pursuing her master's degree in French language from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Webster High School. He received his bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from Cornell University in 2003. He is a third-year medical student at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine.

An August 2007 wedding is planned.
