Ryan Homes introduces three new, affordable design models

The Venice, one of three new designs offered by Ryan Homes, features more than 2,200 square feet of space with four bedrooms, upstairs laundry, mud room and pantry.
Ryan Homes is making the dream of building a new home possible for homebuyers who may have thought they could never afford it.

Three new designs, the Sienna, Florence and Venice, feature resource efficient construction that allows Ryan Homes, located at 1026 Union Road in West Seneca, to offer these three- and four-bedroom homes in desirable communities at affordable prices.

Resource-efficient design means that every aspect of the structure's layout makes maximum use of home-building materials and labor requirements to improve the efficiency of the building process.

Ryan Homes took the savings associated with resource-efficient design and loaded these homes with many popular features that homebuyers desire, according to Shawn Benzer, Ryan Homes sales manager.

"The design team at Ryan has really embraced the concept of resource efficient design," he said. "The dimensions of any given room are such that materials are best utilized, which enables us to pass along the savings to the home buyer for an incredible value."

The resource-efficient design approach results in lower building costs, whether in framing, installing wiring, plumbing or other elements of the construction process.

In addition, Ryan has a 10-year limited warranty against major structural defects on their homes, Benzer said.

The Sienna design is a 1,680-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-story home with two-and-a-half baths and upstairs laundry. This home starts at less than $140,000 in Ryan's Meadow Woods Community in North Tonawanda. The price includes the home site.

The Florence is a three-bedroom home with a loft or an optional fourth bedroom. It is more than 1,950 square feet and features two-and-a-half baths, first-floor laundry and pantry. In Ryan's Harvest Ridge Community in Lockport, the Florence starts in the mid-$150,000s.

The Venice offers more than 2,200 square feet of space and features four bedrooms, upstairs laundry, mud room and pantry. Prices for the Venice start in the low $180,000s in the Wheatfield Lakes Community in Wheatfield. Costs are lower for other Ryan communities.

The Sienna, Florence and Venice are available in six different new home communities, including Campbell Boulevard in Amherst, 568-1209; Dockside Village in Amherst, 639-7265; Meadow Woods in North Tonawanda, 731-9950; Roseland in Lancaster, 683-6024; Harvest Ridge in Lockport, 438-0468; and Wheatfield Lakes in Wheatfield 731-9950.

Ryan also encourages customers to be involved in the entire construction process by arranging a series of meetings to familiarize the customer with the home.

Through Ryan's own in-house mortgage company, NVR Mortgage, associates assist customers with financing plans.

Founded in 1948, Ryan Homes is now one of the top 10 home builders and financial service companies in the United States.
