Joyce and Richard DeLong of Williamsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jill E. DeLong, to Jason S. Niemann, son of Denise and James Niemann of Kirkwood, Mo.

Miss DeLong is a 1999 Williamsville South High School graduate. She received her bachelor's degree in education from the University of Dayton in 2003. She is a corporate legal service specialist at CT Corporation in Cincinnati.

Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of the St. Louis Priory School. He received his bachelor's degree in business and finance from the University of Dayton in 2003. He is a fixed income trader at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati.

A September 2007 wedding is planned at St. Joseph's University Church with a reception at the Buffalo Hyatt Regency.
