'A Night of Romance' to benefit ASO

"A Night of Romance" and CD release party featuring concert pianist Krista Seddon will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23 at Denton, Cottier & Daniels Inc., located at 460 Dodge Road, Getzville.

The silent auction will benefit the Amherst Symphony Orchestra and costs $10.

Seddon has performed throughout the United States and Europe and has been a featured soloist with ASO and the Buffalo Philharmonic. She is a transcriber and copyist for Grammy-winning jazz pianist Marian McPartland. Seddon plays in Broadway productions at Shea's Center for the Performing Arts and Studio Arena. She currently is the Ensemble Director at Trinity Episcopal Church and will perform highlights from her latest CD, which features piano music from the Romantic and Impressionistic eras.
