Bride wears heirloom veil

Nicole Alysandra Amico married Daniel Saunders in an afternoon wedding on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2007, at Fourteen Holy Helpers Church in West Seneca. The Rev. Joseph Rogliano officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Dolores and Samuel Amico of West Seneca. The groom is the son of the late Richard Saunders.
The bride was escorted by her father.
She wore a white silk gown with a beaded bodice and an heirloom family veil and carried a bouquet of white roses.
The maid of honor was Elizabeth Jo Amico, sister of the bride. The matron of honor was Alyssa M. Richard, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Amanda Amico, sister of the bride; Tina Amico, sister-in-law of the bride; Elizabeth Saunders, Debra Bruggemann, Sarah Lucas and Rachel Lucas, sisters of the groom; and Susan Guarino and Robin Jubulis, friends of the bride. The flower girls were Isabella and Breanna Coté, cousins of the bride.
The best man was U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Kevin Saunders, brother of the groom. The ushers were John Lucas, brother of the groom; Joseph Goyette and Jed Ward, cousins of the groom; Christopher Bruggeman, brother in-law of the groom; John and Joseph Amico, brothers of the bride; Alan Adams, cousin of the bride; John Jayes, nephew of the bride; and Robert Richard, brother in-law of the bride. The ring bearers were Ian and Isaiah Saunders Brevner, nephews of the groom.
A reception was held at the Hamlin House in Buffalo.
After a honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in West Seneca.
