Troop 504 earns Bronze Award

Troop 504, of the Hopkins - Country Parkway Service Unit, has earned their Bronze Award. They have spent the last two years working on various projects and badges including their final project, which was a personal care collection, for Vive La Casa.

VIVE, Inc. is an interfaith organization which assists refugees seeking protection under the Geneva Convention in Canada and the United States. VIVE provides refugees with safe shelter, food, legal services, and care for other urgent needs.

The girls collected 21 boxes of items such as, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, over-the-counter medicines, diapers and baby food.

Troop 504 includes, Julia and Valentina Bibko, Melissa Beck, Amanda Collins, Hannah Crofut, Caroline Desiderio, Cassandra Fee, Alicia Girard, Kali Karnes, Marissa Panzarella, Ashley Sciandra, and Samantha Weaver.
