Allyson Biber and Brian LaRuffa

Judy and Marshall Biber of Elma announce the engagement of their daughter, Allyson Biber, to Brian LaRuffa, son of Maryjane and Joseph LaRuffa of Lockport.

Miss Biber is a 1994 Iroquois Central High School graduate. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Geneseo State College in 1998 and earned a master's degree in school psychology from Alfred University in 2000. She completed a certificate of advanced study in 2001. She is a school psychologist.

Her fiance is a 1994 graduate of Lockport High School. He received his associate degree in drafting from Niagara County Community College in 1996 and expects to complete his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Buffalo State College this fall. He is an engineer at Nitram Energy in Orchard Park.

An October 2007 wedding is planned at The Saturn Club.
