      Anne V. Stutz, 86, a retired dispatcher for New York Telephone, died Friday, Feb. 9, 2007, in Harbour Health in Buffalo. Born Anne Ventura in Buffalo, she attended Hutchinson Technical High School. She worked 30 years as a dispatcher at New York Telephone, retiring in 1981.
