Williamsville East's indoor track teams had a strong showing at Lancaster High School on Saturday.
Scott Ryan ran a season-best 3200 meter race, and Colleen Lauer and Hillary Scrivanni had their season's best times in the 600 and 3000 meters, respectively.
Personal bests were set by senior Nicole Marple in the 1500 meter Racewalk, sophomore Dan Egan in the 50 meter hurdles, and freshman Melissa Spada in the 1500 meters.
Near the conclusion of the meet, the season's best 1600 meter relay time was set by Greg French, Matt Pawlicki, Andrew McDonald and Fernando Vecio.
The next outing for the Flames is Saturday at Fredonia State College.
