Sacred Heart Academy is running through February a three-month pilot fencing program at the Fencing Center of Buffalo. The team practices every Monday night. Kevin McMahon, owner and head instructor at the Fencing Center of Buffalo, supplies the students with the required fencing equipment. It will become an official sport at Sacred Heart next year and will be funded by the school.
