Wedding announcement guidelines

All engagement, wedding and anniversary announcements received by Bee Group Newspapers are published in all nine editions as a service to our readers. There is no charge.

The following are guidelines that must be followed for submitting a wedding, engagement or anniversary announcement.

+ Bee Group Newspapers' Weddings and Engagement forms must be used. All forms must be typed.

+ Only wedding announcements that are less than three months old will be published.

+ The deadline for announcements is noon on the Tuesday before next week's publication. The Bee does not guarantee a publication date and reserves the right to edit all material. A preferred publication date must be written on the form.

+ The Bee cannot guarantee the return of photos.

+ A contact person's name and phone number must be listed on the form.

+ The form is available at www.beenews.com, by calling The Bee at 632-4700, or at the office, 5564 Main St., Williamsville.
