Knights of Columbus name classroom poster winners

Gregory Hartl, grand knight of John Cardinal O'Hara Council 13661, Knights of Columbus, honored the winners of the council's annual "Keep Christ in Christmas" poster contest held at Nativity of Mary School in Williamsville.

Winners were Jenna Lang, pre-kindergarten, Williamsville; Janet Koeth, kindergarten, Lancaster; Sarah Jiva, first grade, Williamsville; Deanna Cullinan, second grade, Clarence; and Joseph Bergman, third grade, Akron.

Also, Wyatt Thompson, grade four, Basom; Marie Hahn, grade five, Clarence; Shaunna Conti, grade six, Corfu; Rachel Tworek, grade seven, Williamsville; and Julie Naab, grade eight, Lancaster.

Approximately 120 students participated in the contest. Classroom winners were presented with first-place certificates and a "Keep Christ in Christmas" automobile magnet.
