Wednesday, Jan. 3 — veal parmesan with tomato sauce over spaghetti with orange juice, peas and cookies.

Thursday, Jan. 4 — Baked meat loaf with gravy, herbed pasta, carrots and dinner roll.

Friday, Jan. 5 — Cheese omelette with Creole Sauce, hash brown potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce and a banana.

Monday, Jan. 8 — Meatball stew, mashed potatoes, vegetables in stew, with fruited gelatin and whipped topping.

Tuesday, Jan. 9 — Turkey breast with stuffing and gravy, scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts and vanilla ice cream.

Wednesday, Jan. 10 — Barbecue pork ribbette with German potato salad, cauliflower with parsley and peach and pineapple cup.
