NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids for one (1) 2008 Utility Vehicle will be received by the Board of Commissioner of the Snyder Fire District at the Office of the Secretary, Paul Eberhard, 170 Ridgewood Drive, Snyder, New York 14226, until 5:00 p.m. December 17, 2007, said bids will be opened and read publicly at a Special Meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners to be held at 7:00 p.m. on December 18, 2007 at the Fire District's Headquarters located at 4531 Main Street, Snyder, New York 14226.

All bids shall be sealed and addressed to The Board of Commissioners of the Snyder Fire District and shall be plainly marked on the outside: "BID FOR 2008 UTILITY VEHICLE" and shall also be plainly marked with the name of the bidder.

Specifications must be obtained by request in writing to Secretary Paul Eberhard, 170 Ridgewood Drive, Snyder, New York 14226.

A non-collusion bidding certificate must be included with all bids pursuant to Section 103-d of the New York State General Municipal Law.

The Board of Commissioners of the Snyder Fire District reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject all bids submitted to it and to re-advertise if it deems proper and in the best interest of the Snyder Fire District.
