PollC. Clifford Preisigke II, acknowledged by his peers as the most prominent photographer of breaking news in Buffalo for more than three decades, died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen R.; two sons, Justin D. and Michael J.; one daughter, Elizabeth K.; one brother, Kenneth; and one sister, Kathleen Hero.
