Benjamin Sponsel and Angela Lukaszek

Janet and Andrew Lukaszek of West Seneca announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Lukaszek, to Benjamin Sponsel, son of Rose and Bernie Sponsel of Nokomis, Fla.

Miss Lukaszek is a 2000 graduate of Orchard Park High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health education from Brockport College in 2004. She is a health teacher at Lakewood Ranch High School in Bradenton, Fla., and was recently added to the National Honor Roll for Outstanding American Teachers.

Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Venice High School. He is a student at the University of South Florida, where he is earning his bachelor’s degree in social science education.

A June 2007 wedding at Queen of Heaven Church in West Seneca with a reception at the Hearthstone Manor is planned.
