Wedding announcement guidelines

All engagement, wedding and anniversary announcements received by Bee Group Newspapers are published in all nine editions as a service to our readers. There is no charge.

The following are guidelines that must be followed for submitting a wedding, engagement or anniversary announcement.

+ Bee Group Newspapers' Weddings and Engagement forms must be used. All forms must be typed.

 Only wedding announcements that are less than three months old will be published.

 The deadline for announcements is noon on the Wednesday before next week's publication. The Bee does not guarantee a publication date and reserves the right to edit all material. A preferred publication date must be written on the form.

 The Bee cannot guarantee the return of photos.

 A contact person's name and phone number must be listed on the form.
