 Tickets are now on sale for the 2007 North Tonawanda History Museum Historic Treasures Tour, noon-6 p.m. Aug. 5. Tickets are $15 for member, $18 nonmembers for the tour of 10 of North Tonawanda’s most interesting homes. For tickets, call 213-0054.

 Tickets are now on sale through the North Tonawanda History Museum for the Simple Gifts concert, Feb. 17 at the Riviera Theatre, 67 Webster St., North Tonawanda. Concert features three-woman group from Pennsylvania who play 12 instruments. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, $5 for ages 5 to 16, and free for ages 4. For tickets, call 213-0554.

 Various groups, including the North Tonawanda History Museum, are collaborating on a Preservation Month Bus Tour on May 19. Tour will include Cobblestone Society Museum in Childs, seven historic buildings and two talks, lunch at Tillman’s Historic Village Inn, and tour of Medina Railroad Museum. Fee is $45.  The Amherst Players are accepting submissions for their 2007 Festival of One Acts, May 18 and 19. Sought are original monologues and short one-act plays that will be produced by the Amherst Players. Submissions must be received by Feb. 1 to be considered for the festival. Mail copies of scripts to P.O. Box 42, Amherst, N.Y., 14226. Submissions become the property of the Amherst Players and cannot be returned. Contributors will be notified by Feb. 21 if their work is chosen. Call 439-4523.
