Riley Jordon, 3, and Philip Wiggle help the Amherst Senior Center prepare for its Holiday Happening scheduled from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6 at the center, 370 J.J. Audubon Parkway. The family event will feature Glenn Colton, the Amherst Community Band and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus with their elves. Admission is $2, children 2 and younger are free.
