Teresa M. Delagrange and Andrew G. Higl

Marlene and David Delagrange of East Amherst announce the engagement of their daughter, Teresa M. Delagrange, to Andrew G. Higl, son of Elizabeth and Gabe Higl of Parma Heights, Ohio.

Miss Delagrange is a 2000 graduate of the Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart. She earned her bachelor's degree in communications and art history from John Carroll University in 2004. She is an account executive in public relations in Chicago and a member of Chi Omega.

Her fiance is a 2000 graduate of St. Ignatius High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in English from John Carroll University in 2004 and his master's degree in English from Loyola University in 2005. He is working toward his doctorate in English at Loyola and is a member of the English Graduate Students Association.

A July 2007 wedding in Williamsville is planned. The couple will then reside in Chicago.
