Michael R. Atti and Michelle Avellino

Rosalind J. and Andrew G. Avellino of Lockport announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Avellino, to Michael R. Atti, son of Vicki and Richard Atti of the Town of Tonawanda.

Miss Avellino is a 1996 graduate of Akron High School. She earned her master's degree in higher education from Buffalo State College in 2003. She is the director of student affairs at ITT Technical Institute, and is a member of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators.

Her fiance is a 1998 graduate of Kenmore East High School. He earned his associate degree in health education from Niagara County Community College in 2005. He is a health professional at Professional Fitness.

A June 2008 wedding is planned.
