Mary Z. Fiebelkorn, retired broker, FBI secretary
Mary Z. Fiebelkorn, 83, of Williamsville, a retired broker who was also secretary for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, died Monday, Oct. 23, 2006, at her home.
Born Mary Z. Zehler, she graduated from Batavia High School and had lived in Buffalo since 1947.
Mrs. Fiebelkorn was a realtor for Kader Realty from 1975 to 1985 and a broker for Howard Potter Real Estate from 1985 until 1992.
In the late 1940s to 1950s she was a secretary for the FBI.
Mrs. Fiebelkorn was a member of the Twentieth Century Club, and Society of FBI Alumni. She was also an avid bridge player and Buffalo Bills season ticket holder.
Mrs. Fiebelkorn is survived by her husband, Kenneth R.; two daughters, Deborah A. Madill of Amherst and Donna M. Watkins of Millersville, Md.; two sons, David R. of Amherst and Douglas P. of Boston, Mass.; a sister, Jane Smigelski of Batavia; a brother, Harold, of East Bethany, N.Y.; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday, Oct. 27 from St. Gregory the Great Church.
