Film series to host puppet troupe

Family Day featuring a selection of shorts will be held at disABILITIES film festival at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Market Arcade Theatre in Buffalo. The featured speakers will be from People Inc's Kids on the Block Educational Puppet Troupe.
