James M. Moulin, painter

James M. Moulin, 59, of Getzville, a painter, died Friday, Oct. 13, 2006, of storm related injuries.

Born in Buffalo, Mr. Moulin was a graduate of Kenmore West High School.

Mr. Moulin owned Improve Your View Painting.

His wife Margo said he was a free spirited, kind, generous, funny and uniquely creative person. "He loved showing off his pristine 1972 BMW motorcycle and spent many hours riding it through the Western New York countryside," she added.

Mr. Moulin liked swimming, watching movies, Jujutsu, bicycling, juggling, sailing, kite flying, model building, and making figurative sculptures.

"He was quick with a joke but spontaneous humor was his true gift," Margo added. "His nieces and nephews have great memories of being entertained by his playful uncle's games and collections of fun gadgets and toys."

Besides his wife, Mr. Moulin is survived by his mother, Pauline and a brother, Donald Moulin, Jr.

Services will be held at 8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 21 at the James E. Grace Funeral Home, 335 Ontario St., Buffalo.
