McGuire Development retained to lease office park space

McGuire Development Co. has been retained to sell, lease and/or redevelop 30 Wilson Road in Amherst, a class-A office building, formerly occupied by Amherst Systems.

The two-story, 50,000 square foot building on a 20-acre site with access from Youngs Road near Wehrle Drive. The property is owned by Charles Dowdell, former president and CEO of Amherst Systems.

The building's location is visible from Thruway 1-90 making it highly visible to the more than 20,000 vehicles that pass by daily.
