Couple to honeymoon in Ireland

Mr. and Mrs. John M. Budowski

Jessica L. Allen married John M. Budowski in an early evening ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006 at the Holiday Inn on Grand Island. The Rev. Renee Karen officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Patricia A. and Richard C. Allen of Depew. The groom is the son of Carol A. Budowski of Depew and the late James R. Budowski Sr.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The matron of honor was Heather J. McCarty, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Justine Budowski, sister of the groom; Colleen Sikorski, cousin of the groom; and Janie Baker, Beth Lewandowski, Jessica Sparfeld and Kristen Cline, friends of the couple. The flower girl was Kylie Sikorski, cousin of the groom.

The best man was James R. Budowski Jr., brother of the groom. The ushers were Jason Ciurzynski, cousin of the groom, and Ryan Sikorski, Jeremy Lewandowski, Corey Cline, Joseph Prybylski and Josef Bindhammer, friends of the couple. The ring bearers were Brendan Allen and Evan McCarthy, nephews of the bride.

A reception was held at the Holiday Inn Grand Ballroom on Grand Island.

The couple is at home in Cheektowaga. A July 2007 honeymoon to Ireland is planned.
