Megan Welch of Amherst has been awarded a National Merit Patterson Scholarship at the University of Kentucky.

Patrick Doherty of Getzville has been named an Alden Scholar for the 2005-06 academic year at Allegheny College.

Margaret Jaus of Snyder is a recipient of a Founders Scholarship at Denison University. She is the daughter of Mary Beth Glose of Snyder and Richard Jaus of Williamsville.
