Julie A. Konowalski and Jeffrey R. Schaefer

Rose and Robert Konowalski of Williamsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Anne Konowalski, to Jeffrey Robert Schaefer, son of Melissa and Robert Schaefer of Amherst.

Miss Konowalski is a 2000 graduate of Williamsville South High School. She earned her bachelor's degree in family and consumer sciences from Mercyhurst College in 2004 and her master's degree in education and New York certification in school counseling from the University at Buffalo in 2006.

Her fiance is a 2000 graduate of Amherst Central High School and a 2006 graduate of Alfred State College. He earned his bachelor's degree in network administration and currently works for Hodgson Russ LLP.

A June 2007 wedding is planned.
