Couple wed, to reside in Snyder

Mrs. Paul J. Swisher
Cara Rose Lesh married Paul John Swisher in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2006 at Christ the King Church in Snyder. Monsignor James J. Lichtenthal officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mary and Vincent Lesh of Williamsville. The groom is the son of Helen and Stanley Swisher of Blasdell.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore a satin halter ball gown with a beaded lace bodice. Her cathedral-length train was beaded with cut-out appliques. She also wore a Swarovski crystal tiara with a fingertip-length veil and carried a bouquet of white roses and gardenias.

The maid of honor was Nina Lesh, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Teresa Mott, cousin of the bride; Kristina Swisher, sister of the groom; and Rachel LaPorta, Nikki Quigley and Lisa Shevlin, friends of the bride.

The best man was Patrick Slade, friend of the groom. The ushers were Vincent III, Matthew, Charles and Joseph Lesh, brothers of the bride; and Brian Mardino and Nick Cirocco, friends of the groom.

A reception was held at Samuel's Grande Manor in Clarence.

After a honeymoon to Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas, the couple will reside in Snyder.
