St. Gregory the Great to hold community meeting

St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church will hold its first "town meeting" at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5 in the church, 200 St. Gregory Court in Williamsville.

St. Greg's Pastor Fr. Joseph Gatto, installed in July, said this will be the first of several such meetings. This town meeting has been planned to provide an open dialogue with all parishioners, including those who are actively involved and for those who may have left the parish or church for one reason or another. Gatto also will take this opportunity to share his vision with the parish community.

"Our parish theme for this meeting is praying, preparing and planning for the future. I would like to see all parishioners and friends in the community join us for this important meeting. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to voice their opinions, and hear our plan for the future at St. Greg's as well," he said.
